Green River up 3.9 feet from winter pool with an outflow of 70 cubes, gates evidently shut down to store some water.

Cave Run up 4.4 feet from winter pool with an outflow of 1,023 cubes, gates open-evidently trying to dump some water, but not what you will see when they are really unloading.

Buckhorn. Buckhorn is up 40 feet over winter pool with a 24 hour change of 23 feet!! By my math that is nearly a foot per hour. Should almost be able to see it climb at that rate. Gates not wide open, dumping 1,821 cubes. I would say Buckhorn might be a tough go for a while, and if your boat is tied to shore, it better be on a long rope... [:)]

FSF, I'm pretty sure you meant 3/19 not 6/19 on the lake levels.

Anyway, yes, lots of rain in Kentucky. I went down to go to the boat yesterday morning on Lake Cumberland and the ramp was 3 feet under water. The marina boys have moved the ramp twice in the past two day, and its up about 20 steps on the walkway. The lake looks like we should be plowing it and planting tabacoo instead of trying to fish.

Also lots of stuff floating around, but it was better today after a little wind then yesterday.

No, actually Doug this is the data from 6/19/1992. The real data from 3/19/2002 8AM
was so depressing, I was afraid to put it up on the board, those twangy midwesterners might not come down and spend their money if they knew how bad it really is...

Just kidding guys, it is as Doug said, the information for 3/19/02 8 AM.

(And Doug, I might be the only one that's picking up on this but........are you starting to type with a little bit of an accent?)[]
