Does anyone know where these are still available? I can't seem to find them anywhere and have heard that they may have stopped being made.

The Bass Pro immitations are rubbish and none of the other alternatives seem nearly as good. Help!

A little more than half way down the page.

I haven't heard anything on them being discontinued. But I'll keep an eye out for any news.

The Luhr Jenson is a good file for sure but take a look at the Smitty flat file. It's basically the same as the Luhr Jenson but is about twice as long which makes sharpening much easier.

or, go to the hardware store and get a "flat bastard file". No foolin. I got one with a great plastic handle that's used on chain saw rakers and it's working good on the hooks. m

The yellow handled boat key (from a badfish video) is still widely available. I was never a fan of double round hook files until Jomusky gave me one of his that he made. Smaller roundfiles is what he uses. My favorite hook file now and forever!
