| I dont wanna say what happened ,but I had a bad fall today and pulled my arm out of the socket and got 15-20 cuts and bruses all over my face.I spent 4 hours at the emergency room today,and need to go back tue for a cat scan,please think of me in your prayers and heart,my health has been going down hill and not getting better.[:blackeye:] [:blackeye:] |

Take this down time to think about slowing down some....reflect back on the things that are causing these "episodes" + re-direct your steps in other areas![;)] I've shed a few activities as the yrs have gone by + tried to replace them w/ "safer" stuff!
