Posts: 432 Location: mpls | I plan on doing lots of trolling this year with the "Super Chinook" by Muskiemachinery. Have you guys seen that thing!!?? I threw it in the pool at Chicago and BOY was I impressed. It has two #10 Colorado's spinning on the shaft, like a cowgirl.. I wish tha I had a picture of it. I should troll really nice over the tops of the Milfoil. My 2-cents, Joe Trueglide.com

The Super Chinook and my other spinnerbaits from MM are the best and I also use Grinders. I need to try the Long Tale trolling sometime, I am sure that will work great too. Musky Snax is making me some special spinnerbaits as well Joe your new ones look great too but I haven't seen them in person

Posts: 1906 Location: Oconto Falls, WI | Mike, Haven’t trolled them but check out JLong’s line of spinnerbaits. I have thrown the Longshot, and am impressed with the ability to burn it without it rolling on it’s side like a lot of spinnerbaits do. It maintains it’s upright position. Longtail is offering there baits in the #10 Colorado as well.

Posts: 3518 Location: north central wisconsin | I like my buddies GP Thumper when looking for a rubber bodies lure with a bit of extra thump. While made for casting, the heavier ones have been good for trolling too. We like to downsize the blade a step to say a 7 colorado, or a smaller willow to keep the speed and keep it from blowing out in the junk. Thanks for the pictures above, I need to check out some of the ones R. Collins talked about. I have heard lots about ole 'skippy' in his boat! Posts: 374 Location: Bemidji | I will have about 40 Boo Blings for sale at the Milwaukee show. They boast a huge profile in the water. They have 2 #10 blades, 2 8/0 Mustad single hooks, a 3oz. head, and built on a .062 frame. A full line of my spinnerbaits will be on-hand at the Professional Edge booth. Rollies will have the original Musky Bling for sale also.

Posts: 2112 Location: The Sportsman, home, or out on the water | I reckon,in a pinch, a guy could pinch a rubbercore on the shaft right in front of the head for more weight.
