Arrived in a gigantic ~perforated strip. I realize I sound like an idiot but how do I turn it into a skirt? Thanks for the info.

Cut double the length you desire for a skirt plus a little.Bind the center.Pull the end and cut the tips .Just like adding a silencer to a bow.Hope this helps. Steve

Did you buy silicone or round rubber? If it is the rubber, you'll need to find a way to separate the strands. I've been trying different ways, from pulling them apart individually to using a dog comb & "combing" the skirts. I haven't found an easy way yet.

Either way, stretch it and cut it while held tight, it will spring apart. Its like magic!
