This stuff is pretty cool. Stretches like mad and won't tear, durable, and cut resistant. Shack Attack has the Curly Sue and Suzy Sucker made from X, and Dunwright has the Lifelike Lures selection. Hot baits for 2007! Take a look at the videos, fisrt link is Shack Attack, second Lifelike lures. Good looking baits that catch fish. I love soft plastics....

In my box for next year for sure.

Just like the 200 or so other baits I have, I looked at that Dunwright vodeo and thought "look at that thing, fish HAVE TO eat that! I gotta have some of those!"

Just a warning if you buy these baits....do not mix them with traditional soft plastics like bulldawgs...you will have a mess. I've been using the stretchy floating soft plastic for bass for awhile now and it is more durable.

Can't wait to get my hands on some of Shack Attack's stuff. They made a great improvement on some already great baits when they went to the new Formula-X plastic.

Dan from Dunwright sent me a 12" pike just before ice-up. I caught a nice fish on it. The bait fishes just like the video clip shows, awesome! Can't wait 'till may.

I believe the lifelike lures run from $12-15.

I'll be shooting interviews with both companies at the Chicago show, and will see what's on the horizon for new products too.

Also remember that you should not only not store them with your other rubber baits, but do not store them in boxes where rubber baits were previously stored. The oils that are in normal rubber baits will leach out and into the new plastics making them a sticky mess. Even if it is only oil that is lining the tackle boxes where baits have been previously stored. One drawback, but still, the material is awesome and I was hoping someone would make baits out of this. Now when do we get bulldawgs made from this stuff?
