Posts: 194 Location: Southwest PA | I had a guy from work out on Sunday for his first time muskie fishing and he was able to get a 42 for his first fish and a 38 for his second fish. 4 of us that went back out yesterday and saw my brother get his personal best of 46. We had a pretty nice weekend, anybody else? Location: Contrarian Island | do ice reports count? hit the ice fri afternoon and saturday with CPainter, DSandstrom, and SBradley...we found the walleyes to be very cooperative..with a few big smallies and other fish mixed in...30 some flags in 2 afternoons on the ice...the best action I've ever had for numbers and size on the ice...we did get some fish jigging and I watched 2 walleyes hit my rapala on the camera but both got off...we messed around with a bunch of little perch on a different lake sat morning....no fishing sunday as the drinks at The Watering Hole saturday night caught up to us.... congrats on all the nice muskies fellas!
