| Per the persuasion of a couple of people, I have decided to sell a few of my inline spinnerbaits. These baits are made up of .040" (heavier blades than current mass produced double #10 blade bucktails), double tie of flashabou body material, and two 8/0 single hooks. I know these are very similar to double cowgirls (because I bought a bunch of them) but I was hoping to fill a slightly different niche therefore I built these a little differently with the following things in mind: 1.) Heavier blades allow them to be burned in faster without the bait blowing out, and they will allow the bait to run deeper on a slow retrieve if you desire to do so. 2.) Heavier blades in combination with the big single hooks allow this lure to be run through cover easier (big blades deflect objects and single hooks reduce snagging) 3.) 8/0 Siwash hooks hold much better (IMO) once a fish is hooked up. Myself and a couple of friends gave these baits a good run this summer/fall with great results (50", and a sweet double were the highlights) on Northern Illinois Waters.
