Just wondering what everybodies favorite musky article is, whether it be how much you learned, if you wrote it, etc. If you can, post a link to it.

Mine: Not really one specific, but all of Divanis How To Paint articles. Very helpful for artistically challenged like me.

MJB, thanks for the compliments! I have another one on the way for this week

my favourite article is one by Larry Ramsell: "finesse in chucking a 2x4", somewhere on the internet about jerkbaits. Very interesting!

Another one is rockbottom horses by Joe Bucher, about trolling rocky bottoms for fall muskies.

I like Paul Kleins articles about deciphering different lake types. I also like Steve Herbecks stuff, makes me think!

I always wanted to fish a shield lake and ALWAYS wanted to fish the "Woods". I think Doug Johnson's writing on " Spot Indicators for Shield Muskies, Where to Start When Eveything Looks Fishy" from March 2001 In-Fisherman, is about as good as it gets. For a person who's never fished a shield lake and from reading this artical, I honestly think that it would not be as intimadating as it would if I had never read it.
Just my $.02 worth

For pure entertainment value, with a little LOTW info thrown in, you can't beat "Of Muskies, Mice and Men, and Otto, Family and Friends" written by Doug Stange for InFish a few years ago. A great piece. Not sure if it can be found anywhere on the net though.
