shawn, you won't save money if it causes a divorce. Be very careful!

before the kid, we used to trim the tree entirely in musky lures. I think I saw it on the inside cover of Musky Hunter at one point too. I never did try the glitter lures, but that is a neat idea, as they will surely catch the light...and the cat....

hmmm, I might just help decorate the tree for a change. It could help pass the time till the season opens up again casting those baits into place.

I am not a big fan of Christmas trees. I do like ours now that it has a couple baits hanging on it though.

I think I'll do that with our tree this year. Hey you know what they say:

"You know why divorces cost so much?"

"Why?"

"Because they're worth it!"

So now that we have determined that you can hang baits on a tree, and you don't need any of the standard ""Christmas Ornaments", you can tell the wife you have to go out and buy decorations for the tree. Now you have an additional excuse to buy more baits! Plus, you get to look at them all through December too.

Here is a tree I did in my old office a few years back.

All bucktails.

No need to put presents under that tree....

you can pick your present right off of it!!

Got any extra bucktails there?
