| What is the scoop for the Willow Flowage? All I know is it is 5000 acres of Class C muskie water open to trolling that is less than 15 miles from my In-Law's cabin. I don't know boo about trolling... but now have a 4-stroke. Should I be spending some time out there this year?????
If so, what do you know? |

| The lake always kicks out a goodin every year. I know that. I have fished it for walleyes and its full of brush piles, stumps and junk. |

| Wow, either nobody is fishing the Willow Flowage or it is so HOT that nobody is willing to talk about it. Either way, looks like I had better get my boat out there!!!!!!
What would make the Willow Flowage any different than the famous Flambeau Flowage???? Both are reservoirs on rivers that naturally contain a healthy musky population. |

| jlong,
My cabin is about a 1.5 miles from the flowage, west side, just wondering where theirs is.

| Brad,
My In-Laws cabin is in Hazelhurst on Big Bearskin Lake. It would probably take me 20 minutes to get to the ramps by the dam from their cabin due to all the small country roads.
I just figured the Willow Flowage would be a good place for me to start learning how to troll. Do you fish it since your cabin is so close? |

| Jlong,
I'm sure I'll see you sometime on Bearskin this year, one of my favorite lakes to fish. Never fished the Willow Flowage though. I think with all the hang-up on it, short line trolling would be real effective. |
