Location: Burton, Ohio
I live in Ohio. The musky's hear relate heavy to the shad. How far north do you guys get shad? It seams the shad fade as you go north. Perch, walleye, and others seem to take the place of the shad.

I know here in Wisconsin there are shad based lakes in the southern part of the state, but I believe there are none once you reach central Wisconsin where I live.
