What would the effect be on a blade by using a huge clevis? How would the vibration change in the water?

Interesting question. I would think the bigger the clevise the slower the rotation with the same sized blade. I pick my clevises based on wire size and the hole in the blade itself. For instance rollie and helens has a giant #10 indiana with a very small hole that will only allow for a small clevis which works but fits snug on .051 wire. I also try to use a clevise that fits a little loose on the wire for less friction as well as using a small bead behind the clevise for less friction.
