i took it as a good sign when i saw that Bill and Jim Lindner showed up to toss muskie lures...
unfortunately, the fish weren't biting for them either, but it was fun shooting the bull for awhile.
great guys, very friendly.

Very cool. The Lindners have had the best TV shows and magazines for years. I've heard they're all great guys too!

They would make good chat guests. Use your influence, they're friends of yours now.

Looks like you had your camera.

and btw, Mr. PackerStadiumFan....some day people will be posting this same thread, instead they will have pics with you! Such a big star you'll be one day. Stick with me, we'll make you a start. Go places, tell them you know me, and watch the doors fly in your face, and the prices go waaay up.

I would think an internet chat would be easy for them as they can do it at home on a computer.
Maybe offer free banner ads for their videos?

*one would think so.

And no, we dont give away banner ads as payment for services.

Good ideas though!

Mr. Lambeau!! What a great photo and a good memory of a muskie outing that you will never forget. Five + years ago my father was at a wake of a friend from the Chicago area. He talked to a gentleman we have known for years at the funeral, and he asked how I was doing. My father told him that I was living up north in the Minneapolis area and really enjoyed the local access to good fishing water. He then proceded to tell my Father that his friends moved from Chicago to Minnesota, and have become famous fisherman, and would your son like to fish with them? My Father said sure and gave him my number. I received a call within 48 hours of my Father's meeting from Mr. Billy Lindner with an offer to go on an exceptional Red Lake Northern outing that I had to refuse due to labor camp obligations. I'm still kicking myself in the @$$ for not telling the "Man" to go pound sand. It all goes to show you that it is not what you know, but who you know!
