Jim Kalkofen, Executive Director of The In Fisherman Professional Walleye Trail, occasionally fishes muskies and smallmouth bass, too. He nailed a Mille Lacs 'four footer' a week or so back on this hot new Mille Lacs combination. The body is ruined from catching the fish. Congratulations, JK! I should have a shot of the fish soon.

The brother of a co-worker said his friend caught a 54" Muskie while Crappie fishing this spring. He said he had photos, and I said when I see those photos, I'll believe it. I've been waiting a couple weeks now. You never know.........

That's a tank of a smallie Steve, nice fish! I may be heading up your way in the next week or two. I'll get in touch with you if I do.

Nice smallie Steve, it reminds me of the hog that Sanks caught on a 10" buck tail. He didn't think it was a muskie when it hit but fought like hell. 22 1/2"s when released. Oh the variety of fishing.

Great job JK, another great stick from the Big metropolis of Antigo, goes to show don't need big baits for big fish.

Nice smallie SDubbya! That fish will put up as much fight as a Muskie every day of the week.
