I was on Muskie Matts Website and I came across what Matt calls "an interesting film clip" I viewed it and thought it was very interesting as well. Click on the follwing link to view film of the stealth trollers click on link below.

Maybe trolling should just be legalized. Then there wouldn't be people trying to figure out ways to get around it and the position fishing rule wouldn't be so confusing. What a bunch of crap.

I know this video is not all inclusive, and is a little hazy to what is exactly going on. I thought this thread might increase awareness of "wrongdoers" with the summer coming on full force now. I have seen people motor trolling in areas where it is not permitted. I wish I had said something to them, but I just second guessed what I thought the regulations were at the time. It is extremely hard to enforce the regulations that help protect our fisheries, but I feel educating the "weekend angler" is the best weapon to protect our waters. Just Food For Thought.

We don't have to like the laws, but we all need to obey them.

Each one of us represents all the others every time we're on the water. Someone sees this and all of a sudden its "all those musky guys out there trolling", and "those musky guys are _____"

It makes us all look bad both in the eyes of the non-fishing public AND the local law enforcement agencies.

Besides that, why should these guys be able to troll when nobody else can?

It's a couple guys trolling and doing a very bad job of trying to pretend they're rowing and not using the motor.

The olympic rowing team couldn't move that boat that fast....
