What are some good muskie waters in Columbia or Adams County Wisconsin? Going up to the Dells this weekend and looking to get onto a couple of muskies. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Redstone is a good option with plenty of structural options at your disposal and you can find fish in all of them. You could hit the Lower Wisconsin in the Dells, that is f you are ready to fight jet skis and giant nitrus powered 60 foot speedboat, not recommended and not alot of numbers of fish. The Lower Wisconsin below the Sauk Dam in Prarie Du Sac has been producing more fish each year, but if you do not know that part of the river it will eat your prop especially if the water is low, best bets are the dam spillway area lot of deep holes and shoreline along the golf course, head South and hit the HYW 60 bridge area where you will find good holes, riprap, and old bridge foundation, head further south and before you hit the hyw 12 bridge fish the west shoreline and around the island in front of Rays resort. Rays river edge resort you can launch and get info or go to Wilderness Bait and by a map and check out some of the lures.
But for sake of proximity and fishability I would give Mason Lake in Briggsville a shot, it is only a few miles east of the Dells on Hyw 23, and often overlooked as it is a major bass factory. In the 90's 3000 Tigers were stocked and have been doing well, my Uncle has a place on Mason and is a retired Musky fisherman turned Bass and snags a dozen or so Tigers each years, many pushing 40 inches.
Mason is 855 acres with a mean depth of 4-6 feet, shallow and weedy, the key to the Tigers is focusing in the western half of the lake around the channel and in the inlet for the pond and the couple creek inlets. Spinners, topwater, and wood are good choices, I do not think the weed explosion has occured yet that results in 3/4 of the lake engulfed. There are some BIG northern in this lake for additonal bonus action, as well as the many large mouths. I am pretty sure you can troll this lake as well and it is basically a big oval and not to intimidating of a lake..
Oh yeah, Lake Wisconsin carries a few musky, but no little as never hit the lake much...
Let me know how you do...
