Subject: Baits w/Rattles in Clear Water

90% of my time is spent on clear water lakes, and I was wondering what everybody's feelings are on using baits with rattles in clear water. Do they help, hinder, or have no effect on your catch ratio? I will post my feelings after a few other people respond.
