| Just a thought could one tie two 6" crank baits together with a split ring and cast them to make it look like a feeding school???or possible it would change the vibration in the water?would it work? |

|
| Is it legal....maybe too many hooks.
If so...add a few more and call it a trotline. |

|
| Actually how about 2 12" grandmas? |

|
| I think I was with Jason when we put two suckers together at boat side, didnt work, but oh how it must have had passing muskies salivating.

| I've got some baits that are almost what you describe. The lure is one large flatfish with a split ring connecting it to a smaller one. There is also a trble hook connected to the split ring that joins the 2 baits. I beleive it's called a Kwikfish. I'll check it out. It has an awesome serpentine action.

| Maybe it would be like pan fishing. 2 muskies comming in on the same line. Now that would be cool.

| Mann's makes some smaller lures like that. The rear most bait should not have a lip. Will most likely snake through the water. |

|
| we use two supershadrap sthat we join together with a splitring and I remove the tailtreble on the froint lure. Remove the lip on the second rapala otherwise they won't swim (this goes for any tandemlure). I also do a jointed 13 and a lipless jointed 11 behind it. They catch great. Also a friend of mine did a mann's one minus and a lipless mann's midi one minus without a lip. |

|
| The rear bait can not have a lip for it to work. The first bait will steal all it's water and cause the back bait to have no action.
Also from the pull from the front bait it will want to straighten out the back bait giving it no wobble.
Trust me on this, I have done it. |
