How do you put a new hook on the back of a le lure creepper and does anyone know if a black and white le lure crepper is suppose to glow in the dark?

I do not know if it glows or not but to change the hook, if there it no split ring, you will have to cut the hook and install a new hook and split ring. Hope this helps.Doug
