Location: Hazard KY | water temps are 55 to 57 on sunny days a and the surface temp for acouple of mile below the power plant is 60-66. Muskies are bitting gliders and minnow baits on the cold water near brush and herrings or skipjacks. small inlines are working in the discharge water areas. The fish are averaging around 36 inches with sever over 40 yhis year already.
watch out for the big stipers in there some are over 50 pounds.

Location: Hazard KY | MH is still hot Heard of a 50 being caught out of the hot hole area last friday by a striper fisherman on a live shad. the fish pushed 40 pounds pics are on a tn message board when I get the post address I will post it. here are some pics from the last trip to MH they are small but they are muskies

| melton hill has cooled down because the power plant is off line temps have fallen to 46. it will be off line for 2 weeks so fishing will be slow.
