I did a quick search on this, so I apologize if there is a thread with this information.

What makes the old Grandma baits so desirable? Is it simply a matter of the cult following that the older baits are known for? I haven't used the old grannies and was curious why guys go bonkers over them.

old grandmas obviously have a different lip, many with rattles..and a completely different wobble.....

Old Grandmas had awsome rattles....you can hear the old ones 100ft from the boat.

Simple, really, they caught fish!!! Big fish, lotsa fish. I have three but don't fish with them for fear of breaking them.

They are much different, and probably the best twitch bait out there...Just picked up 4 more on ebay, so they are still available...Ben
