Well probably not, but at least this one should hold up to its fair number of fish. Been taking a little break from swimbaits but finally got this one all together. Swims like a the real thing, and hopefully the fish will think its good enough to eat. Been some awsome looking lures posted recently, I am really impressed by all the great bait makers and hopefully one of thse days I'll gain some of the skills you guys have.

Superb Nate, I like the orange fins. Now put some hooks on it and get it wet.

Really good job Nate.
I'd made a prototype jointed pike swimbait that worked great...but it's waaaaay to much @#$% work!!!

Love to see a video clip of that baby in action if you have one.

Thanks for the kind words. Snax if I get a chance I will try to post up a video clip in the next couple of days. Chico hopefully its an alright color I'm planning on getting it boxed up and sent by the end of the week. I've got a few more idea's as new swimming patterns but those will have to wait till my grad school apps get completed (anyone happen to be an architect?? I need some advice)

Nate,
Great looking as usual! How did Chico beat me out? Chico, I am with holding all baits until I get Nate to make me one. LOL!

Nate, Where are you looking for Grad school? Both my wife and Capt.Bigfish have Architect wives.

Joe,

I have your bait is all finished up as well it just needs to be assembled. I'll get a picture up when its all done as I am not sure if the paint job will be ok

As far as grad school I'm looking at the University of Illinois Chicago, Washington University in St. Louis, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Iowa, and possibly University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (Went there for undergrad so a change of pace is most likely in order). Any other suggestions would be great

Joe, it must be my charm and I might just have gotten in first. You can't hold out on baits, well I hope not, with that thick layer of epoxy they burn for ages and keep me warm.

Nate, is that really going to be mine? Sweeter than sweet, drop me a mail if I do it the other way around it will look like I'm hassling you over it.
