Going through my box already, wrapping up 2005, looking forward to 2006. Looking at all these baits, thinking "never saw a fish on this one, didnt do jack on that one.....but this one, #*^@ I caught a bunch on it". All got me to thinking: what percentage of your arsenal.....

a. did you use in 2005?
b. did you see fish on?
c. did you hook fish on?
d. did you catch fish on?

Of the 45 caught out of my boat in 2005 on Eagle.....:-)

We used, saw, and hooked lots of fish on different lures, and here is the breakdown of CAUGHT fish:

% Each / In Fig. 8

Bucktails 31.1% / 78.6%
Surface Baits 24.4% / 36.4%
Jerkbaits 18.0% / 44.4%
Crankbaits 8.9% / 75.0%
Minnow baits 13.4% / 57.1%
Jigs 4.2% / 0 %

Weird how this worked out eh?
