| Check out this beauty fatty caught by my brother saturday. We had to launch the boat into a creek channel and break ice to get out on the lake. We then had to clear ice from our favorite big fish spot with the boat. The temp was close to 0 in the morning but had warmed to a balmy 10 or 15. The boat was about 10 feet from solid ice when the bait clicker went. The fish swam towards the open water when my brother set the hooks. She was a good fighter and it was a nice sight to see this big fish. She was over 50 maybe as big as 52 and a good solid fat fish. She was unharmed and released in very good condition.

| Not sure what high resolution is. I ain't much of a computor or camera wiz. The pictures were taken with a kodak which I think is 3.5 or 4 megapixels. I reduced the size to attach the picture. If you tell me how to send the picture I will be glad to. By the way the fish was caught on a northern Wisconsin lake. my email is [email protected]

| Thats my fish and what a fatty. The fish was only out of the water for about 30 seconds. Bobp was yelling at me to get it back in the water before we hurt the fish. My first 50 plus but not my last. Our youngest bother was with us also, he set up the pole and forgot to set the drag lucky I thumbed the spool and was able to set the hook. They both have bigger fish released, and our family has caught over a half dozen 50 inch plus fattys.  |
