I picked up a Triple D, a few new M/G spinnerbaits, and a Snowcrest Bullseye at Thorne Bros. while I was up there this summer. The Triple D was awesome, M/G was good as ever, and I was very impressed with the sound AND the price of the Bullseye; definately going to add a few more of those.

Overall, a good year for new products.

Forgot to mention gooch's banana jerkbait. Very erratic and soaks up water faster than the titanic making it less bouyant in 15 minutes. I can make it dance, if your partner is getting follows up front on a glider, throw this and watch his fish strike your bait 10ft from the boat.

Mr. Worrall, every fish i have caught on Da Rat have had both trebles firmly planted in their mouths, for some reason fish inileate it.

Favorite new lure for me this past year was the Llungen Tale. I had never thrown bucktails made out of rubber or silicone, and now I am a big fan of the way they look in the water, also got my personal best of 49.5" on it too. Definitely will be getting some more at the shows this year.

Hmmm- for 2005 I think it's probably going to be the "Stripper" . Unfortunately I'm going to have to wait until 2006 to prove it. "O Canada!"

2004-> Alien
2003 -> Zam
2002 -> Zalt

My day job blow's because it limits my time on the water, but I love international travel as it let's me find new lures & methods for all species.

Have fun!
Al

I found an old tackle box, from back in 1986....WOW, did I have some awesome fish catching lures in there.

"Curly" Eversoll's GRANNY is an awesome lure too.

Craig Eversoll's bucktails are second to none...they have been my bucktail or choice next to the VooDooTail

New lure this year I liked was the hellhound. Also the 10" believer w/ the tail looks good. But, just as last year the 4.5" P-Ron-Ah glider was the best bait.

There are a good number of hot new baits that I was very disppointed with. Gotta be careful with the hype some baits have.

Don Slagle's Hoosier Handmade Topwater's... Very nice baits.. what more can I say..
Beaver Slivinski's 10" Castor
Bikini Bait Turmoil..Jed I like the action on that...
MuskieFool.. the Mayeye... can't believe how it runs..very nice.. Enigma Topwater, another MuskieFool bait.. I see that getting inhaled next year no problem....

Honarble mention goes to the Hoosier Handmade glider line(especially the Pot belly and 9" shad gliders) and the Bikini Beer Belly, used them both in 2004, but defintely worth mentioning those baits in 2005 with luck I had on them..

The Slopmaster and other shallow spinner baits will be getting more time in my boat in 2006. I will be moving off the weedline and into the slop next yr.
