This past weekend I customized my skeg by taking off about 3". Looking for suggestions for shop here in the Twin Cities to fix this thing.

Thanks,
Nick

Talk to your insurance, they'll probably take care of it. I've been going to Supreme Marine lately. Pretty good guys that are knowledgable and have the best labor rate I've found ($82/hour).

Beware of having Formula Propeller fix your prop. I've had them fix 2 and have had MAJOR performance losses upon return. Even when I brought the props back, they couldn't do any better.

Anyone know of an insurance company that sells a policy for rental boats?
Thinking about an LOTW trip next year and using a lodge boat. Lodges I've contacted say that any damage is my responsibility. My homeowners insurance does not cover damage to rentals, just to my own boats. Might have to take the Gambler after all! m
