| By Saturday they may be starting to move again. Usually about 2 days after the cold front passes I have noticed that they start to become more active again. If they decide not to cooperate, I'd make it low and slow on your presentations.
Inside or outside weed edges depending on where fish were moving prior to the front. If they were real shallow, I start on the inside edge. If they were deeper, start on the outside edge. Then go with a low slow presentation. Slow roll a spinnerbait, go with a real slow glider presentation, a slow chop bait or start pitching a jig. Hawgseeker Tackle makes the Slow Tease that's a real slow moving chop bait. Hangs very nice on a slow rise once it gets a little water into it.

| John, good luck. Search with bucktails but I would guess glide baits and soft plastics will be your best bets in these conditions. |

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | The front moved through a day ago, so things will settle down by tonight or tomorrow, I think. There's another front off to the west that will be effecting the barometer soon, so the cold front technically will be a thing of the past as soon as that happens. Watch the skies for light clouds in the south/southwest, that will let you know the barometer is already beginning to fall. Right now mine reads 30.55 and rising with moderate NE winds off the high up in Canada, a weird weather mix for here. I'm bow hunting tonight, but wouldn't be at all reluctant to fish the dark water shallows for muskies this evening, they should be going pretty good. 40's today, 50's tomorrow, and with the south winds coming, 60's Sunday.
