Posts: 1764 Location: Ogden, Ut | GOTONE (Dan Okray) made his tiger muskie fishing debut in Utah w/ a splash. After about an hour and a half of casting, his DDD brought his first Utah tiger to the net. Was a bit over 35, and yes, there are mountains in the background. Hopefully tomorrow morning will go as favorably. There must really not be any big fish in Wisconsin if they're coming out here to fish for them... Posts: 476 Location: WI | Thanks Sorno for a wonderful few hours on the water. I know alot of you guys have met Sorno at the Goon or talked with him in one fashion or another and know what a great person he is. Taking a guy from Wisconsin out fishing in Utah on his business trip with no hesitation at all. We had a ball..... caught some fish, lost some fish, and told fish stories. Thanks Sorno for taking the time to show me your wonderful resources that you have in Utah. Muskies and Mountains.........Pretty Cool!! GotOne

Posts: 37 Location: se wi | Is that fish actually a tiger? Or did maybe a natural squek through in the stocking? It just doesn't have the same markings as the usual Utah tigers Sorenson has pics of.

I don't mind the variety. It probably wouldn't be too favorable for the program if too many fertile fish were to show up. S.
