I havent been able to get to if for weeks. Is it down permanently? I thought they had
a link on their site to the guest speakers they have had over the years. All I get is a redirect
to some apartments website.

It is through the MI site now, as far as forums go. I haven't been able to get to the actual Milwaukee Chapter for a while though.
