I miss guiding, something I did for over 20 years both full and part time. I am hanging out the shingle again this early fall, and am just a bit nervous since I quit guiding about 5 years ago. I'm hoping to book no more than 5 days per month, not a terrible work load, mostly as a driven reason to get on the water. If it's work, I'll do it, I guess! I'll be at the DNR office bright and early tomorrow to get my license application for the great state of Wisconsin!

Steve,
I got a fairly decent grasp on most of the waters in your neck of the woods, but I'd hire you. I would like a new perspective of your back yard. Best of luck to you man!

Whatever you decide to charge will still be a bargain!
Good luck with Darrel tomorrow.

Cool Steve, you definately need to get out on the water more. You have so much to teach other anglers.

You may discover that you have a problem brewing. Those that apply for a guides license after July 31st must agree to fish in JFZ (Jig Free Zones) until the next calendar year while they are on probation! What a challenge you are facing!

Steve-

Just make sure you don't get yourself in too deep, us freeloaders out here don't want to be left out.
Seriously, good luck with the venture and make sure you keep to your 5 days a month. The thing that usually happens is you start to get so busy, especially in your part of the state, that you don't have time for yourself or you most significant fishing partner.
