Was on leech for a week. Was out with Jim Murphy for a day. We fished the rocks, weeds and even trolled for suspended fish in deep water. I did have a nice 45in. follow a hellhound to the boat just to turn off on the figure 8. water temps were 72 to 76 but murphy said they were in the 80's a week or so ago.the temps were 69 when we left.hopefuly the fish will turn on when the water cools! My son did catch a few northerns a32 1/2 inch his best yet.

I was out on leech last week on vacation and the fishing was very slow, my brother in law managed to land a heavy 35 in northern off the dock at night and overall we had several blowups on slow topwaters and hellhounds and one 50 in + monster follow up on a superfreak only to keep going on through once it got to the boat. Many northerns were caught but no muskies, i hope the fishing improves for my next trip.
