Location: toledo, oh | Fished 7/8 - 7/15 Stayed at Three Castle cabins. went 4 for 5 muskies temp 30 to 40 ces. Im thinking somwhere 90 to 100. They where saying it hasent been that since 1987. Anyways fished 8:00 to 12:00 and 7:00 to 9:00. Moved three fish off of Black Pt sunday and went back munday morning and picked a 32 inch off the same spot. Tuesday morning picked a 34 inch off Deer Bay using Grandma 9" bass holo color. I marked so much fish in Deer Bay it was unrealy.I tried trolling with small bait every night along the weed edge till dark with no luck. On the last night I trolled the channel starting at the marina and going to Love Sick Lake got to the lock and did my turn going to deer bay decided to say in the channel and turn to the right past Spook Is and picked 38 inch on 10" Believer color 9 dollar bass . Started trolling agian and decided to put 10" Nils color Helin frog on my partners said of the boat not even 5 min. into trolling somthing nailed didnt get the rod out of the holder in time. Oh well. Started trolling agian 20 min went by and that Nils bait picked up another 38 inch. not to bad to finish out the week. And also thanks tom for you help. Sorry for taking so long in posting. tring to get my boat in to get the tilt and trim fixed. Fun thing was the first day the tilt and trim on my kicker broke and mid week the big motor decided it didnt wont to work any more. Just happy i didnt hit any rock out there.
