Does anyone know if this bait was made by Frank Suick?

I've never seen one that looks like this before.

If it's not a suick, what is it?

Kind of looks like a smaller wood version of a Big T?

Hey Joe,

I hope all is well with you man. It was good to see you at the MRG tourney back in June.

My guess is that the lure pictured was not made by Suick Lure Co. The box has the word "Thriller" printed on it, which is what Suick Lure Co. has called the 9" jerk bait, which we all have come to know and love.

I would shoot an email with the pic over to Steve Suick. He will be able to tell you immediately if its an original or not man. Take care and all the best to you!

Pretty sure it's not a Suick but I could be wrong. A guy who works with my brother gave him a bunch of old muskie baits and in that bundle were a couple of original Suicks that were never taken out of the box and they didn't look anything like this. The price tag on one of the boxes was $2.79! It also had written on it that they were going to come out with a sucker colored bait in the near future!! Don't know what these things are worth, but he got them for free. Still unused with the original hooks on them. These things look like they were stored in a hermetically sealed safe and are in mint condition locked back up in a fireproof safe. He has copied them and holy crap, those are sweet working baits.

Nope, not a Suick product. Looks to be the work of Ed Latiano from PA.
