DO YOU THINK THE LACK OF RAIN AND THE "HOT" WATER TEMPS WILL BE BETTER FOR THE FISHING COME OCT. AND NOV. ?

No! I think the late fall rains and cooler temp's will be better for the fishing in Oct-Nov, i.e., If history repeats itself!.

Have fun!

It depends on how bad the lakes have gotten this summer. Take the fox chain for example. A good summer for lake conditions will keep the northern lakes pretty clear and good fall fishing. Now in contrast, take a summer like this when I used to fish it and we still had 1-2ft of visibility through november. That had a drastic effect on the fishing even when the lake was cold.
