Had one of these and I liked it so much I got a 2nd. Well, using the older one this past weekend I ran into some problems. Reel started casting funny, spool felt loose. Took off the end cap and one of the plastic gears that grinds with the metal gear in there had been stripped of all its teath! There were plastic filings everywhere in there. Anyone else experience any problems like this? I use the reel for jerkbaits and some cranking but it was fine for the past year and a half. Still boggles me why they have plastic and metal gears intertwining like that. I hope I don't regret buying the 2nd one...
