Try Cowanesque Lake and Holmen Lake (Little Buffalo State Park). I lived in Williamsport, PA all of last year and did pretty good on these waters. Cowanesque has tigers and pures and is one hour north of Williamsport off of Route 15. Holmen is an hour plus south of Williamsport off of 15 too. Hit the Susquehanna River by all means!
