I had a buddy let me use a Hell Hound last Saturday. WOW! That lure will eliminate about 30 lures from my tackle box. John * does anybody know what material it is made from?

Posts: 2037 Location: lansing, il | it is really a awesome bait, i think one of the best out there, i have moved more fish on them this year than any other bait i have, and also caught a few. its nice to have yet another confidence bait in the box! hats off to erc!!!!

Posts: 13688 Location: minocqua, wi. | i was introduced to the hellhound this year too .... by the sox fan of previous post. it's the best new bait i've personally seen and it stays wet in my boat, but then i love gliders. the hellhound has the patience to walk and suspend, but can roll and dart whenever you want it to and that makes it a pretty versatile search bait that will get smacked.

Posts: 20248 Location: oswego, il | It is a great bait. I fished with a buddy of mine who is fairly new to the sport and this is one of his first gliders. He had a ton of fish up with it and it worked perfect, even for a novice.

Posts: 13688 Location: minocqua, wi. | i know muskihntr and i were jib-jabbing in the boat last weekend and it's almost unfair that someone with zero experience can start gliding like this right away. gone are the days of tweaking and perfecting the combination of bait, weight, hooks with the pull, pause and retrieve. these new baits work for anyone, not just those of us that have been working at it for countless hours over the years. these things are moving off the shelves at R&H's quick and starting to get thin in inventories.
