I e-mailed the DNR, and they provided me with a spreadsheet of the spearing totals. It is broken down by lake and species.

Maybe we could lock this one at the top so nobody makes any inappropriate comments.

I usually find one or two on Pelican every spring that were speared but slipped the tines. I'd say the number isn't huge, but if the fish is really big, the impact is still there.
