| what reel does anyone suggest ($200 or less) that goes best with a 7'6 premier rod? Mostly casting medium weight lures. |

| Way to steal my handle...Go with the Avid AC 300, Calcutta 400, or Abu c3 7000 Big Game with that rod. It is a great rod, and I love the two that I have!  |

| I have two 7'6" St. Croix Premier's. Both have Cal 400s. Super combo for about every bait. I was pitching a 10" HR this fall and it was easy to cast and work with this combo. But it worked best with medium sized baits. DropBellies, 6-8"glide baits and jerk baits. You cant go wrong with the Calcutta 400. I was a diehard abu man for over 25 years until I picked up a calcutta.

| Morrum. Got a couple now, with 3 more on the way. Great reel, in my opinion. I also have several c3's and C5's. All work fine. I just need to get them out to Ranger, and have him work his liberal voodoo on them. |
