Posts: 1996 Location: Pelican Lake/Three Lakes Chain | Saturday was alright, for two boats we had two fish and one lost fish on a sucker due to my stupidity. Sunday was brutal on Pelican with the wind. Made a huge portion of the lake unfishable. The chili at Lakeview was exceptional after being on the water in that cold and wind. GMG, water temps on Pelican were 44 on Sunday.

Posts: 333 Location: menasha wi 54952 | I fished a small lake in Forest County Saturday with the old man. One 46"er and two others lost at the boat. Water was 46 degrees. All fish came on cranks. It was a great day to be on the water!! MR

Location: Athens, Ohio | I fished with RAZE Sunday, we each got strikes but no hooks. He took me back to the ramp so I could start my long journey home, then he stuck one and two guys we were talking to earlier in the day stuck twin 40's on the spot we'd just left. Durn! I'm happy for Dave on that, though, it was his son's first muskie and a 40 is sure a good way to start (I suppose!). See Dave's photo on the September cover of the 2005 Muskies, Inc. calendar from last year there. m

Posts: 7115 Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | Fished Okauchee for about 4 hours with my old man and a muskie rookie friend of mine (casts worse than Nikki does, amazing). Not a sniff on George, Dick, or Connie (my suckers for the day). Sucked really.

| Nice sucker names, but those probably won't get eaten for another 4 years. | |||
