| Just a curiosity thread going here. Since for most of us, muskies are off limits right now. What else do we like to do with our time that isn't fishing related?
Personally, I like darts, the internet (slowly turning into a junkie), and concerts (Recently saw Kansas in IL)

| I am still doing a little Rabbit & Squirrel hunting. Visiting Musky first every day. (The word Junkie might also apply here) Friends have been on the ice, but I am not that brave....spelled DUMB.... Being an avid Packer fan I can still watch football, especially with the "Queens" losing so much. Was going to MN with the boat today but work got in the way. I guess I will have to winterize it soon. Another xmas party tonight, but over to a friends for a Packer party tommorrow[:bigsmile:] Other than that I will be making some bucktails, leaders & working on other tackle the rest of the winter. Have plans to go after the perch on Winnibigosh this winter. Hope to take a trip down to Cave Run this spring, so will be busy enough. Oh yeah Sport shows rule!!![:bigsmile:]

| Getting ready for the sport shows.. I have to talk 5 times by the end of April.
But my family and keeping this site as fresh and new as possible is current daily dutys.

| I am in the midst of duck/goose hunting season now. Weather has been warm lately, so we've been killing time hunting deer, and squirrels, and also paying attention to turkey movements (can't ever be too prepared for spring turkey season!). I also go at least once a week to my local shooting range to run a few hundred rounds through my pistols and practice for IPSC matches.
All that, and tending to my pregnant wife's every need keeps me busy during the off season.

| I run a BINGO + PATTY CAKE PARLOR for people Worralls age! Much of my time is spent staring into space + ambushing the "postal Taliban"......actually I hunt/fish when I can, attend school stuff for little sponge + slave daily for the sponge babe.....I work w/ a youth teen group on wed. night + go to the coast + visit relatives/friends where more fishing/feasting take place....other than that not much![:sun:] |

| Deer season's over and there's no safe ice! No problem, we're off to the riverbanks to cast for mr walleye. Get the ice fishing gear ready while watching tv. Take the kids to have coco and play Southpark pinball at our favorite local diner. Clean all the guns and put 'em back in the safe. Plan the first annual "Musky Camp In Da UP, Eh?" for next summer. Eat. Sleep. Dream about 60" follows. |

| That stuff that slamr likes is ok. I watch the wwf with my nephew. I find it entertaining. Just unhook your brain and go! I am a racing fan. Used to do it and grew up around it. Getting ready to watch Hollyfield/Ruiz 3 in a few minutes.
I will be at almost every sport show south of green bay and north of I-80 plus the minneapolis musky show. One almost every weekend.[:sun:] |

| I pretty much sit around the computer. Read muskiefirst and muskiecentral, talk to other people, install different applications and games, upgrade my computer, fix other people computers, listen to music on the computer, watch dvd's on the computer, and there might be something i forgot. This winter I will go to a show or two, make some lures, sleep, maybe go ice fishing once or twice. That still, will give me tons of time doing nothing. Its going to be a long winter, unless i really get into ice fishing. |

| I will be very busy with the indoor archery season, 3D and indoor spots. Also will hit the ice when it gets here.

| What else am I into? Still bowhunting, contemplating putting the boat in and chasing some walleyes, custom rod building, doing some fishing related writing, and getting ready for the spring sport show season. Sounds like I'm going to be at five shows with http://www.lake-link.com.

| The season here in Pa. ends Dec. 31 and opens again Jan. 1st. We have not tryed fishing for musky yet when the snow starts to hit are area. Since the muskie have seemed to shut down on a creek we fish, we are still going to pound it out and see what happens.
Also working on getting a muskie club started in are area over the winter.
Judy bought a bow and learning how to shoot.
Whitetail hunting is done now here and waiting for the next season to open.
Bowling in a league during the winter also helps!!! looking for the 300 game (266 so far)
Making plans for next years muskie trips.
Start attending outdoor shows.
I am looking for a job, layed off since June.
Going to start making my own lures.
Or just Judy and I hanging out around the fireplace sipping a few bottle's of wine.
In is going to be a long winter!!

| Well now that deer season is over,Winston Cup is done,Wi. muskie is closed,Christmas is next week @ the only thing I do nowadays is make a few leaders here and there.Did go to the Madison Ice Fishing show though[:)] |

| I play hockey one night a week through the winter. Spend lots of time on the computer. Recondition and tweak baits. Drool over fishing magazines, tv shows and other fishing related paraphenalia. I also spend more time down at the fire department working on projects. |

| Ice fish or open water for walleyes on The Mississippi, depending on the weather.
Also spend lots of time in the basement making bucktails, jigs, meditating, day dreaming.

| Has much time has I spend on the musky boards pheasant hunting is probably my favorite sport,,I play alot of tournament poker in vegas,minn,wisc,Iowa,i love to steelhead fish in spring and anytime I can get a turkey permit in a neighboring state Im there also 'sex and money are my major kicks-get me in a fight I like the dirty tricks !!!! |

| This past year Jason Smith got me into Lake Michigan Salmon fish, what a blast!!! Can't wait until next summer. I fish a lot of walleyes and bluegills with my 10 year old son who is into every sport imaginable, so I spent a lot of time with that. When I'm not fishing it's bowhunting, bowhunting, and some more bowhunting! |

| For me I am into pretty much everything. Hunting, fishing, racing, traveling, camping, being a volunteer firefighter, and so many community activities that keep me going all year long.

| I am the official basketball scorer at my daughter's high school. I have never missed one of her basketball games and don't intend to either. I am on: the Board of Directors of the Milwaukee Chapter of Muskies Inc.; the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Chapter of Safari Club International, a conservation organization group which focuses on hunters rights all over the world; a member of the Metropolitan Builders Association; Vice President of our Lutheran Church's congregation; member in the Chamber of Commerce; on the Wisconsin Governor's Task Force
for Invasive Species (Sponge Bob doesn't count as one! LOL!)
I am a life member of the NRA. I help out Bill Schwartz with his Slammer Baits at various Sports shows. I hunt deer (bow & gun), elk, turkeys, grouse, and pheasants. I'm waiting for my kill permit for black bear. I sturgeon spear. And I also belong to three other work related organizations. I am currently looking to get 15 or 20 more hours a day to fit everything in!! |

| Catching up on the HoneyDo list that has been neglected since April. Spending quality time with our two girls (6 and 2 years old and one on the way). Blazing the trails with our Arctic Cats (if we would ever get any friggin' snow). Watching my Packers beat the Bears! Having friends over to belly up to the bar, drink beers/cocktails/shots, talk smart, shoot pool, throw darts and watch my Packers beat the Bears. Attending sports shows and buying new baits, tackle, etc.... Attend Muskie Inc. meetings. Shovel snow. Tinker in the garage with fishing stuff. Post on this board. Chat in the Chat room. Surf the net. Is it April yet???? |

| I'm an avid Bowhunter, which takes up much of my Dec. afternoons. I also love to chase big pike through the ice(check photo of my girlfriend, buddy and I one day last year). My pike fishing goes right into March, when Steelhead and early trout starts. I have gained a love for trout fishing in the spring time and take it very seriously. I used to chase the Walleyes on the WI river in late April near my home, but they have been fished down, so I travel to Sturgeon Bay for those, as well as Depere. I fiddle with musky stuff when I'm at home so I'm ready for the opener the first weekend in May |
