Looks like a bait that was made by George Whal from Eagle Tail.
For a few years George made a jerk bait like the one you have shown with a bowling pin type
body shape. They worked great and I have caught a few fish on the ones that I have.
The only thing that I can't figure out is why CB would be on it.
