Sorry, after I re-read the question, and thanks to Norm, I figured it out. SORRY!

Double weighted Suick is one of my all time favorites.

Put a little veggie oil in your twitch baits and seal them up. Works well on Jakes and Grandma's

Sorry!

The countdown Depth Raider is another one that is tough to beat. Any Spinnerbait can be counted down too. I like the Grim Reaper Wildcats the best.

I think some may have confused your question a bit. As far as suspending bait, you have named two of the best. I have also used 10" squirrely jakes and was impressed at how these baits hang. You can also try double weighted suicks. Add additional weight until the bait just barely rises.

Bagley DB08's are also great suspenders without much tinkering. Some may suspend right out of the box, others float, and others may sink. Switch your hooks to the way you want them. If they float don't monkey with them until you have fished with it awhile as they will absorb water and become a perfect suspender. Some jointed cranks like a baby Depth Raider are close to suspending also, but don't quote me on it as I rarely use jointed cranks.

I won a Challenger in a raffle once. The thing floated so I took the factory hooks off and replaced them with VMC 3/0. It now suspends great!

I'm not aware of any others that MARKET the fact that their lures suspend.... except for the Molly Bait by Bradrock Baits.

The Shallow Invader is another one of those that is pretty close to suspending that you can add to your list.

The 7" straight model Shallowraider is fairly neutral as well. Put two 2X VMC hooks on the Baby Raider and it suspends almost perfectly.

I wish there were more glide baits that were suspenders or EXTREMELY slow sinkers... but seems to me that most manufacturers like to over-weight them so guys can fish them harder/faster. In my opinion, a glide bait should be a FINESSE presentation... but by weighting them down so you can fish them faster you've pushed them into a completely different category.... and one I feel wasn't meant to be. If fish are aggressive enough to hit a fast hopping glide bait... they are agressive enough to hit other, more efficient lures. Oops.. getting off topic. Me bad.

Anyway, I hope to see more manufacturers producing and MARKETING suspending lures!!!

The M&E glider sounds exactly like the glider you want. Slow sinker and suspends real nice. Personally I prefer a fast sinker that stays down on the jerk. To many gliders pop to the surface no matter how long you count them down. Of course the lake I mostly fish in, the Muskies stage real deep.
Deadhead is also a slow sinker and riser.

Muskie E's drop belly glider works great. You have to work it slow.

The Purple Haze Wabull I have is one of the best suspending gliders I have ever thrown. It's a bit tricky to learn, but I can make that thing work across the near surface, dive 4', then level out, stop, and turn. That's when I get most of the t-bone hits in the Fall, when the bait is slowly turning sideways.

Don't want to be self-promoting, but I weighted my gliders to the point that they just barely float until I put the hooks on. Then when they sink, the lure wants to float off of the bottom, but the weight won't let it. When it hits bottom the split rings still stand up, the lure doesn't continue to sink.
You have to work it slow, and it won't suspend, but it will "hang" in place. Lots of guys don't like that. If they can't work it fast, they don't like it. I'd rather work a lure that I can twitch a few times and then wait for 5 seconds before I start it moving again. Most fish that I've caught on gliders in the last 5 years have hit the lure while it's paused. Some guys just can't stand the suspense I guess. Maybe it's old age, but I like stopping and letting it hover. I don't like gliders with a fast sink rate, just my opinion. I've always figured that a muskies eye were on the top of his head for a reason. If fish are deep, there are better lures to go after them with.
Another lure that hovers well is a Hughes River 8" Shaker or a Sharpnose Hughey. You can work them in the same manner. Get them moving, and the wait. Many times that strike on the pause feels like an enormous jig hit. Just a solid thump.
