| Hi, can anyone recommend a good prop repair shop in the NW suburbs of Chicago area? I bent a blade crossing beaver dams.

Location: Lake Forest, Illinois | I had my prop repaired a number of years ago..it was sent out by Ahlstrandts Marina in Mundeline. The work on the prop looked very good, but I do not believe that once a prop is worked on that it is ever the same. I ended up buying a new prop and use the original as a back up. |

Location: Home of the 2016 World Series Champion Cubs | DITO THE ED SHIRLEY'S IN PALATINE. I BROGHT A PROP IN TO THEM. I BELIEVE TWICE WEEKLY A GUY FROM PHILS PROP SHOP (LANSING,IL) MAKES THE RUN TO PICK UP AND DRIOP OFF PROPS FOR REPAIR. HAD ONE DONE A FEW YEAARS BACK AND WAS VERY SATISFIED. |
