was out on july 1 and my buddy hooked a big fish on a yellow pig she cleared the water and threw the lure. as we were cruzing around with the electric i spotted a jumbo and pitched a spring dawg infront of her to my surprise she hit it and went wild, i only had her for a few seconds, maybe 15 and she threw the bull dawg back at me i am convinced that the same fish hit twice in that 15 minutes before dark. what a wild evening. saw a 27 pound pike in the same sand flat area in 2 feet of water. makes me love hunting lunge to bad i blew it it would have been # 5 for the boat over 50 inch this year. never had a start like this in my 30 years of hunting them. just another story now. have a great season
