I would like some feed back on the PTS, I have the old pinpoint now and love it. I'm buying a new boat and want to up grade to a more trust. looking for Pros and Cons!
No pro staffers please!!

Love the way they work when they work. Have had one that died and foolishly bought another and used it twice before it died. The guy at the repair place said that they are keeping him in business.

I hope the Motorguide is more dependable than the Pinpoint. You are right on saying "when they work". My Pinpoint is in dry dock, I refuse to stick any more money in it. Cost per hour to run one is about $8.00 for me.

I have bought Motorguide motors for the past 25 years and just bought my first Minnkotta this year. I will never go back to Motorguide again. But, that's just my humble opinion.
