| Anyone know where to buy a plug knocker for muskie lures? Told by someone that a Jerry B. that frequents this site makes one. Thanks. |

Location: Athens, Ohio | I like the extendable poles the best - Frabill makes a good one. You can reach up as well as down and that's good for the way I fish. There ain't a tree limb safe while I'm on the lake. m |

Location: Chicago | I second the frabill lure retriever. Make sure to get the 18ft telescopic. If you fish wood, it will pay for itself
the first day. Should only cost about $30. Great investment! You may want to consider Titanium leaders as
the lure retriver will make a mess out of Seven strand and stiff wire leaders.

Location: Carney, Mi (in da UP eh!) | I bought one of the lead weigths(plug knocker) with the heavy wire loops on it from Rollie and Helens, then went to Walmart and purchased a heavy dog retractable leash(25 ft cord),it's kinda of tricky to use by yourself but it saved at least 6 baits for me so far...I will purchase a Frabill at some time in the 18ft length... |

Location: Racine WI | What you want to do is get a squirrel for trees and a muskrat for water, and train them to untangle and retrieve your lures. Oh, by the way, put a Quick Strike rig on them, just in case... |

Location: oswego, il | JerryB is the guy to talk to, he makes the best one. I bought one last winter and it's already paid for itself. It's a great well thought out design. I tried to direct him to your threads but he has no e-mail in his profile. Hopefully he will see this hear. |
