Location: Minnetonka , MN. | Out fishing Tonka for pike on Fri. Then I got a 40' Muskie ? I was fishing the deep weed line in 18' of water. Any way had no net and lite tackle had to hand land it and it cut the h**l out of my hand. Then on the way home the weel came off the trailer . Had to replace the hub on the side of the road just to get it home. No fun |

Location: MPLS, MN | Had the same thing happen to me last weekend. Caught a muskie around 40" fishing for pike, no net. Cut my hand a little. Good thing I got the fish back in the water quick and it was ok. Also got some nice pike for lunch that day. I guess my experiance wasn't as bad. Sucks about the wheel... |

Location: St. Louis, MO., Marco Is., FL, Nestor Falls, ON | Scabs are just coming off my hand from a 41" muskie caught while pike fishing. It goes with the territory. Had the wheel thing happen years ago, but never since going to Bearing Buddies. They do the job if you keep the grease in them. So soon old.....so late smart, my grandmother would say. |

Location: Athens, Ohio | Yeah, for the opportunity to drive less than an hour and know I'd come home after boating a fish, I'd TAKE a wheel off my trailer. m |

Location: Eau Claire,WI | Just think it could have been worse! You could have had to go to the ER,you
could have totalled out your boat and truck!Plus, you can fish, all I can do is sit here
and dream about fishing! |

| If it makes you feel any better? I was trolling and I wasn't paying good attention and a fish pulled the rod right out of my hand into the lake. The worse part is, the hit felt like a little pike. Now I have a small pike attached to a $200 set up. |

Make sure you disinfect that cut real well. Muskies and Pike can carry some nasties in their slime coating. OUCH on the trailer thing! |
