| This is to let everyone know that Lac Vieux Desert is full for the WMT's 2004 tournament. We are starting a waiting list. If you want to be on the list, please let us know by signing on to the WMT's web site, on our message board.
Also, if you are looking to fish any of the WMT's tournaments this year, you should act fast. There are several tournaments with only 5 or less spots open, and even more with 10 spots or less available.
The WMT has already more entries this year than all of our history making season of 2003. We attribute our continuing success to a great bunch of men and women that compete in the WMT and our very supportive sponsor partners. Giving away 2 RANGER BOATS, powered by EVINRUDE with a MINN-KOTA electric motor from HECKEL'S MARINA, at our Invitational Championship this year has helped the WMT in its goal to be a world class event. This year the WMT will break our own historic mark by filling more tournaments in a single season and awarding even more money in cash and prizes than our record breaking season of last year.
Our first two tournaments will be this weekend. Lake Okauchee will be on May 8 and Lake Pewaukee will be May 9. If there are still openings for the tournaments you can sign up for the Okauchee tournament on Friday, May 7 at Musky Mikes at N50 W34698 Wisconsin Ave. in Okauchee from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. Also, you can sign up for the Pewaukee tournament at our Saturday, May 8 registration at Smokey's Muskellunge Shop from 5:00pm to 7:30pm.
As always, this years WMT tournaments will be a lot of fun for all of our anglers. It is a great way to meet friends for life, and in the process, learn more about this great gamefish. I hope to see you there this year.
